Our Return Policy

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience at No Rest for Bridget.com. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, you are able to return or exchange your purchase within 21 days from the date of the receipt.

Items must be in their original form, unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached in order to receive a full refund or exchange. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable unless the wrong item was shipped or the product was received damaged. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping back the return items. For international orders, customers are responsible for VAT and Custom Duty Taxes.

How to Make Your Return or Exchange

All returns must be accompanied by a return form. You can fill out a return form electronically or use the return form found on the back of your invoice.

To fill out a return form electronically:

Log in to your account at NoRestForBridget.com. Once you are logged in, click on 'Return Request' on the right hand side under the menu title 'Manage Your Account'. Find the order your returned item is on and indicate your return reason. Once your return request is processed and approved you will be emailed a return authorization number and instructions on returning your item.

If you need assistance with your returns, please call our customer service department at 1(866)306-7497 or email us at customerservice@NoRestForBridget.com with the subject header: Returns Authorization Request. Please include your order # and the item you want to return and the reason for the return. 

All returns must be sent via a traceable and insured carrier. As stated above, a return authorization number must be included in your return. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping back the return items. 

Upon receipt of the returned goods, you will be issued a credit to the original payment method less shipping costs. If you request a store credit, you will receive notification via email that a store credit has been applied to your NoRestForBridget.com account and can be used to purchase other products at our online store.

Please note that purchases made at No Rest For Bridget.com cannot be returned or exchanged at any of our retail locations nor can store credit at No Rest For Bridget.com be used at our retail locations.

Please note that cosmetics, undergarments, jewelry, swimwear and special custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. All SALE / MARKED-DOWN ITEMS are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
